I spend a large amount of my time on social media. It’s not a hobby for me, I don’t use it for validation. I want to help empower women. I know most of you don’t hear the words “your beautiful and your appreciated” enough. And if you only hear it from me today and you feel it then I’ve done my job.

I get a lot of hateful comments but way more compliments and thank you. This morning I let a comment from a female get me down then I thought F that! I am amazing in my heart and I help change SOOOO many women’s lives for the better. I’m amazing and I believe that. With that said, I wanted to remind all of you not to let someone’s opinion of you change the way you think of yourself. You weight, your ethnicity, your age doesn’t define beauty. Beauty truly comes from within its how you treat others and how you care for strangers. God created you PERFECT!! Outer beauty is based on opinion, inner beauty is undeniable!

I encourage you to take time today to make someone feel loved. Tell your children or your loved ones how much they mean to you and how much you love them! On Sundays I take time to reflect on my life and today I just want to tell you if your reading this how special you are to me. I appreciate you following me your the reason I don’t give up or quit for the last 5 years you have helped me change my life. I appreciate you ❤️
