This last couple of days have been an absolute roller coaster... one constant I’ve felt though is endless amounts of love from all of you, my friends and family. I really can’t find the words to express my gratitude for all of the support I’ve received and even in the wake of the disappointment and pain I just feel really blessed by this experience. The decision not to race after a concussion was huge for me and one of the hardest an athlete has to face in their career. I put my brain health and safety first and skiing second and with that I chose to love myself in the hardest of circumstances and that’s exactly what I intended to do this season! The outpouring of support and all the amazing messages just affirms that I’m right where I need to be...regardless of what happens on the #pathtopyeongchang and beyond!
