Fear keeps us focused on the past or worried about the future. If we can acknowledge our fear, we can realize that right now we are okay. I almost died in 2013, but i'm alive. Right now, today, i am STILL alive. My eyes can still see the beautiful sky. My ears can still hear the voices of my loved ones, my lungs can still breath in the fresh air. My arms can still reach out for a warm embrace. Do I love myself? I do. Not everything, but who does? lol I love the good as well as the bad. I love my crazy lifestyle, and I love my hard discipline. I love my freedom of speech and the way my eyes get dark when I'm tired. I let my soul smile through my heart and my heart smile through my eyes. I love that through it all I can still trust people with my heart, even if it will get broken. I love taking risks and learning from them.
