I just want to be able to teach women not to be afraid of the machines at the gym! These are AMAZING ladies and you will absolutely LOVE them. If you are unsure of anything, don’t be scared to just ASK someone. “How do I use this”, “can you help me”. It doesn’t make you look weak I promise!! Looking after yourself and wanting to learn is a sign of self respect. It shows that you care about YOU and you want what’s BEST for your body!!
