Lots of people have asked if I train when on holiday. The answer is yes, I do! On our holiday last week we found a gym we used for around 45 mins each day. It was called Minimal fitness and is the one in the video ☝️ Aside from when I have shoots (in which case I step things up) I choose to train daily because it’s part of my lifestyle and has been for the last 5 years. I enjoy it, it gives me energy and it keeps me feeling my best mentally and physically. If I’m not able to get in the gym I walk the dogs or do a quick 10 min HIIT at home as my exercise. So many people seem to exercise as punishment over what they ate or because they feel they have to. It’s the wrong approach and will most likely lead to you having boring sessions and you hating it. Train because you can and celebrate what your body can do! Changing your approach to something mentally makes all the difference. ??
