@lilyslensonlifeshares one of her favourite moments from Ottawa, “What a way to end our day in Ottawa. ?? This photo was taken above the Rideau Canal Skateway, the world’s largest skating rink!! The skateway is 7.8km in length and takes you through the city to a gorgeous view of our country’s parliament. So glad I could conquer my fear of ice skating today and finally check off this very important Canadian rite of passage (with a beavertail, of course ) Has anyone had the chance to skate the Rideau Canal and reward themselves with a @beavertails_official? ⛸️ ? @ottawatourism, @ontariotravel #ExploreCanada

Cette photo a été prise au-dessus du canal Rideau, la plus grande patinoire du monde! Le parcours fait 7,8 km de long, traversant la ville jusqu’à une magnifique vue de notre Parlement. Je suis tellement contente d’avoir vaincu ma peur du patin et observé ce très important rite de passage typiquement canadien (le tout accompagné d’une queue de castor, bien entendu…).
