#StDavidsDay calls for some wonderful Welsh cakes. I completely fell in love with Welsh cakes after my first taste of one in Pontypridd market years back. Whilst traditionally cooked on bakestones, you can replicate that style of cooking using a heavy-bottomed non-stick pan.
