March 3rd, a date that will be forever etched in my mind. It will always be a day of great sadness. It will always be a hard day for me to make it through, but I can and will because of the family and friends God has blessed us with. To everyone who took the time to text me and call me thank you. Your words of love and encouragement mean the world to me, even if I didn’t answer or respond. To those who made this New York trip possible thank you too. I’m glad we spent the day with our East coast ohana. Trucker would have loved that we were hanging out at his FDNY firehouse. To all my brothers and sister in the Maui Fire Department you continue to give me strength and encouragement daily. Thank you for that. Thank you for lifting my ohana up and being there at the darkest days of my life. I love you all.
