One of the things I am proudest of in my career is the launch of the @SamanthaWillsFoundation – a platform designed specifically with the purpose to empower women in business. For so long there has been an unspoken element that sharing your failures or vulnerabilities will see you be perceived as weak. I am passionate that it is actually the opposite; the more we talk about the hardships we've experienced, the hurdles & the setbacks, we very quickly realize that everyone is experiencing the same things, & most likely have the same insecurities & fears as each other. The more honest we are in our sharing’s the more we can work together in support of each other, rather than in isolation. ⠀
