DAY 1- It's been one week today since I last felt the touch and warmth of a person. So I thought to myself, wouldn't it be great to start my #100HappyDays Challenge TODAY? YES! Lets face it! We are humans, we all have good and bad days, and sometimes we get hit with shit that totally side swipes us that we didn't even see coming, but guess what? There's always something good to find in all of lifes experiences. This challenge is meant to find the HAPPY, from the smallest & simplest things, to the grand and spectacular things. Life is a journey and we are all in the purist of happiness, so why not start within ourselves? Cuz u see, heres what I learned when I completed the last challenge: That my heart didnt break, it was just hatching, shedding the shell of who I once was. That happiness is a choice, it can be found just about anywhere, ur happiness is ur responsibility and most importantly the world needs more happiness! So many ppl are only willing to touch the surface levels of life. They are afraid to be awaken to the truth. Staying limited to only what they know rather what they are capable of. Becoming trapped in a state of fear and ego is what I used to live in. I used to ignore my intuitive compass. I would go against my gut n defy what the universe was bringing to me. But through my journey I experienced a spiritual breakthrough and now that I feel connected to a higher self ,I finally am experiencing a truly authentic life of my own. My best friends have said they seen a shift in me recently, they called it a rebirth. SO ITS MY BIRTHDAAAAY ?Hi! ??
