I LOVE finishing my glute-focused leg day with some higher-rep (and mindful) accessories. The cable machine is great for that purpose ?Here are 3 exercises I did post hip thrust + deadlifts ⇣ ⇣ ⇣

1️⃣⇢ Cable curtsy lunge into squat - 3 x 10 (per leg)

2️⃣⇢ Cable single straight leg deadlift - 3 x 10 (per leg)

3️⃣⇢ Front to back pulse squat [idk what to call it ?] for a finisher - 3 x 10
