#WeAreF1 is a new series for 2018 to celebrate the unsung heroes who make F1 what it is. This is Lynda. She has worked at the #AusGP since it moved to Melbourne in 1996… “When it first started, I didn’t know much about F1. Over the years, I’ve learned so much, I’m hooked now… I’ve been a little bit spoilt over the last couple of years and they must know I’ve got a sweet tooth: Sebastian Vettel bought me the most beautiful box of 16 macaroons last year and yesterday a box of chocolates with ‘Number One’ on it, and he said that I’m number one! Someone said to me last year it wouldn’t be Melbourne if it wasn’t you. Can you feel any better than that? That’s pretty nice when you get spoken about like that. You feel really special, it’s quite amazing.”
