One of my favorite signs that spring is here: the first Fraises des Bois of the season, for our Fraises des Bois Fior di Latte Tart. These tiny woodland strawberries are only in season a few short weeks each year and are hand-carried on a plane overnight from Malaga, Spain. Imagine tiny little bursts of sweet strawberry candy, along with fior di latte ganache and strawberry jam between buttery vanilla sablé cookies. 🍓#DominiqueAnselBakery #Soho #FraisesdesBois
