Kazimir Malevich's 'Suprematist Composition' from 1916 will be a highlight of our Impressionist and Modern Art Evening Sale on 15 May in New York.

Malevich’s Suprematist pictures were the very first purely geometric abstract paintings in the history of modern art. They are comprised solely of simple, coloured forms that appear to float and hover over white backgrounds.

This painting will be on public view at our New York galleries from 28 April - 15 May. Entry is free and open to all.
