I found this waiting for me in my bunk. I remember playing our first “big stage” at the Philadelphia music conference in 1998, and finding a Godsmack set list taped to the monitor. They had just come through the night before. These guys are legends. Fucking Bona fide. And I hope they know how much the words they scribbled on their new record mean to me. And Hey...to All of us working in the Rock world... remember, we are All in this together, we are All in the trenches. There’s no petty competition, no one is vying for anyone else’s seat...if you are Doing this Rock thing...well then, we are Family. Period. Because that, my friends...is the heart of Rock n Roll!
