Full body ‘climb up’ Circuit!! Legs to back to shoulders!

My climbing circuits are probably my fave! I start out with one rep of each and then climb to 10 reps so essentially it’s 10 rounds! Only 3 reps of each are shown here for times sake but all moves are done back to back with no rest! Rest AFTER your round is complete and start at one rep of each working all the way up to 10!
