Honoured to host His Eminence Dr Ahmed Al Tayyeb, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, to dinner last night. Al-Azhar University is regarded as a top choice for those pursuing Islamic studies, and has many alumni in Singapore.

Dr Al Tayyeb arrived here yesterday from Indonesia. He will be giving the MUIS Lecture on “The Unifying Force of Religion” tonight.
