Authenticity. A concept in today’s world that is so mutilated and warped and manipulated that it often times leave us at a dead stop wondering...what even is authenticity anymore. #liveauthentic has been used twenty four million times (24,000,000). What does it even mean. What does it even mean in the context of social media, digital presence, and social consciences. What if, in our quest for authentic we’ve developed dual lives, dual personas, and a total inability to be authentic. We can read endless guides for how to display our best lives our most authentic lives on social, for the sake of our reputations, our future jobs, our perceived wealth, our future dates, our future lives. But what if this digital self that we present isn’t our best self, or more importantly isn’t our true selves.
