In this talk, art and cultural historian Wanda Corn reveals how O’Keeffe cultivated her image as an artist through her unique sense of fashion. This lecture explores the ways she used her distinctive taste in clothes to model for photographers, and how together they created a public persona for the artist that still dominates the American imagination today.
