We all have different goals: some want to lose weight, get bigger or maintain. But one thing they all have in common is that there is a set goal. When I was 230lbs & 16 , my doctor scared me w my medical follow up. I was going down a dangerous road & my goal was to just lose weight , as I’ve grown so have my goals! Im now at a space where my goal is to be heathy, be fit & be happy! .
