Happy Father’s day. My family and I embody the American dream. My parents immigrated from Japan and started a tiny hole in the wall restaurant. I don’t know how we ended up at the Olympics, but we made it happen as a family. I wouldn’t have made it without my parents giving me the opportunity to chase my dream, so thank you to my dad for working long hours and putting all his hard earned cash into my skating.
