Spending Father’s Day evening with my family at a @brucelipton lecture about how to live in a state of gratitude constantly. It’s amazing how exciting epigenetics science is to an eight year old’s mind! I’m really hoping that exposing the kids to great minds like Bruce’s will help them when they grow up. Tell you if it worked in another dozen years! ? Bruce’s work has been a major influence on all my books, especially the Better Baby Book.
