The family that biohacks together stays together! My kids are always eager to assist - here my 8 year old is helping to give me an IV infusion of glutathione to help me recharge after a long flight. My kids know they have control of their bodies by changing the environment around and inside them, and how they eat, sleep, and move impacts how they feel and act. I wish I’d known that when I was eight! On Father’s Day, I like to consider and review what I’m teaching my kids. They’ve never seen someone killed on TV (except once a Storm Trooper who really deserved it). The frustrating thing about being a parent is that there is no A/B testing. You get to do what you do once and there’s no way to know if another option would have been better. So we all do our best, just like our parents did for us.
