1.) Wide Grip Lat pulldown (21’s)
7 reps behind your head • 7 reps leaning back pull to chest • 7 reps straight down
2.) Cable Squat T-Bar Row 12-reps
3.) Dumbbell bent over row 10-12 reps each side
4.) Reverse flys on pec deck 12 reps
5.) Seated Bent over flies for delts 12 reps
** Repeat everything 4 rounds
(workout should take you no longer than 45 mins)
