INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE PROTEIN SHORT BREAD
½ cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
4 tbsp @LivBody protein powder - I used [Vegan Oatmeal Cream Cookie]
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp milk of choice - I used almond milk
FOR THE PB CARAMEL
⅓+1 cup, Tbso natural peanut butter smooth
3 tbsp @LivBody protein powder - I used [Vegan Oatmeal Cream Cookie]
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp water
FOR THE CHOCOLATE TOPPING
¼ cup nondairy chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare a pan by lining it with parchment paper. Combine shortbread ingredients, press into the pan, and freeze 10 mins. Meanwhile, mix peanut butter caramel ingredients and spread over the shortbread, freeze for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate and coconut oil, coat top layer and return to the freezer until set. Enjoy your treats!
