V.E.G.A.N - I’m vegan because I don’t want to contribute to the suffering in this world. Being a mother I can’t take the love that I feel for my children and switch it off towards others, if you have the capacity to feel kindness and compassion it can’t be selective, it’s either there or it isn’t. It hurts me to see sadness and suffering, regardless of age, race, gender or breed - who is to say if the life of an elephant is any less than the life of a child, a racehorse or beloved family pet. Every life matters my darlings, let’s be kind to every kind and not ask anybody to sacrifice their life for our greed. If you feel the same let’s make a difference, raise awareness and help the world to heal and realise there are happier and far healthier meat and dairy free alternatives available. I’m calling this the vegan challenge for vegans and non-vegans alike to spell out the word ‘vegan’ with peaceful stretches and poses, perhaps just the letter ‘v’ or even repost this and tag a friend followed by a vegan fact or awareness page for more information, I find https://www.vegansociety.com/ and https://www.peta.org.uk/ very poignant, will you join me?
