The entire meal at @nomacph was vegetable courses, each more delicious than the last. But what inspired me most was the attention to visual detail - it was simply stunning. Potato magma sipped through a straw hidden in a plant. Sea buckthorn and black currant butterfly. Cucumber skin and parsley. Quails egg and hip berry chorizo. Preserved morels from spring. Marigold flowers. Just cooked peas with whipped cream.
And that’s just part one..! So so grateful. @dbelicious
