My mouth is watering while I edit this post. This was a bucket list meal, for certain. Thank you, @nomacph.

Oh, the dishes..! Umami flatbread (fresh truffles!), berries and fava beans, wax broth with pollen, pumpkin seed curd and grilled roses, shawarma of celeriac and truffle (and arms..!), berries and cream, mold pancake (intentional and surprisingly good!), and a rose scented terracotta pot with a layer cake inside.

Just epic. Not the kind of food I eat on the regular, but with a chef as a husband (@dbelicious) the appreciation level was high. And the staff takes understandable pride in the immaculate work that they do. I applaud you all and would stand but, well, I can’t right now. #grateful
