The World at Night project
Right on the edge of the clouds at about 4000 meters in this moonlit night of Nepal, an amazing view of Himalaya emerges under an ocean of stars. The timelapse video is from a decade ago on a trip with colleague photographer @oshindzakarian while hiking towards Everest base camp. On the left are Lhotse, the world’s 4th highest peak (8516 m) and Ama Dablam (6812 m), with constellation Orion rising on the right side. Music is The Four Seasons (Vivaldi).
