Dumbbell Only Glute Workout ? I find single leg exercises are the best ones for really activating, strengthening and burning the glutes ? Try completing this circuit and let me know how you get on. Do all exercises on one side and then switch and repeat on the other side. Go for 3-5 rounds depending on how much of a badass you are ?➡️ 10 x staggered stance RDL into reverse lunge ➡️ 15 x static lunge pulses (stay low!) ➡️ 10 single leg glute bridges ➡️ 15 second SLGB hold ?
