I love teaching yoga! I feel so privileged to guide people through their yoga practice... the accumulated energy in the room is soooo beautiful... and I am always so proud of every single student for what they achieve in class... even if it is simply breathing or resting when they need to and honouring what their bodies can do (or need) on any given day... This is always an achievement because it’s practicing truthfulness and compassion to yourself. It puts us in good stead for carrying these practices into our lives and to all the people and beings within it. It always starts with the Self.
