"Have you had Zha Jiang Mian? It’s one of my favorite things to eat growing up ?? but it’s so easy to make. We got regular Asian noodles and cooked according to packet instructions. Meanwhile, sautee some diced scallions in some flavor neutral oil (vegetable oil or avocado oil), add minced pork, soy sauce, @Lee Kum Kee USA（李錦記） Hoisin Sauce, and (optimal) shao xing wine. That’s it. Serve with julienned cucumber and some fresh scallions. Enjoy! It’s really good served hot or cold (in summer!!)" - @peachonomics
