hi guys it’s me. I have a bit of a tiny win to share with you. if you read my books + listen to my pod, you know I’ve been working on my heart, my spirit + my calling.
over the past few years, a few close ppl to me, hurt me — at the time, it was pain I endured.... I had to do the work on myself ... & understand God’s hand forced many things apart. everything was broken. putting the pieces back together, takes time like #kintsugi.
I am not perfect, I don’t have a perfect life, my family isn’t perfect + neither is my self-made career. I lost a few “friends” & things didn’t work out... here’s the tiny win: I am brave & I overcame this pain + struggle + I learned from a few close friends + challenges— my self worth + how I am worthy of great love + a career that will help many, many people. I don’t know why this is my calling, but I could not imagine a life without being of service to you.
God brought new people into my life + he showed me the old friends that were hidden gems to me. I buried the things that were not serving me anymore, I said ✌🏼 peace out forever. + I found upon my journey, the most beautiful girl, because she was honest and true & she decided to live in the present moment — each day & be humbled by grace. —- I am single & love it. I am a small business owner in NY and LA, I am a good daughter and friend, sister & a pretty good writer. I cook pretty well. I feel my best, ever right now.
I don’t need anyone to make me complete, I am complete on my own. I carry with me your grace, always.
it is okay to wait & do you, it’s ok to achieve your dreams before finding that one special love ♥️. .. goals, right? —I am also hoping he’s really hot. 😆
I can’t wait to meet my partner in crime one day, a person who will only add to my life, I’ll be his biggest supporter & best friend. thank you for supporting me, & believing that a daughter of immigrant parents, who shares her constant struggles, setbacks + pain — could be a pioneer, too. things are looking clear + really, really good these days & I am grateful🙏🏼🙌🏼🦄
take a deep breath + allow, be + do more for your heart & others.. that’s all I’ve got x I love you xx ck
