@womensbest just released these new Amino & Energy supplements.? on my way to the gym now! & I'm actually really happy because these ones combines all of my favorite components.??☺️ As many of you know, i'm not much of a coffee drinker AT ALL. ☕️ So with this, I can get a caffein boost whenever I do need it. -

Of course there are other ways to get caffein, such as energy cans (not a big fan of those), but this mixture gives me my essential amino acids at the same time and is perfect in combination with my training. And after long days with meetings I’m more than happy to mix this up!? -

ℹIf you don't know what they are or do, amino acids are the building blocks of protein & muscle tissue. No this does not mean it will make you bigger on it's own, but it does help and contribute to the processes in your body which eventually lead to muscle growth, recovery, fat loss, and strength gains.
