Checking in from PT with @fmoser @altitudephysiobanff - I’ve been diagnosed with an ac joint sprain (1+) so it’s just a speed bump along the way. I am taking all the measures I can to get back to ? as soon as possible while respecting the necessity to rest and not make something small something game-ending. It has just been a few days and my mind is already boggled down with anxiety about wanting to take advantage of the good weather windows and the stir-crazy nature of what comes with rest. I’m thankful to have created such a warm and friendly community here already and to be in one of the most beautiful places in the world (Banff, ??) with plenty to explore even without climbing. Please don’t hate on the cold sores ? I’ve been embarrassed by them but they come with the terrain and conditions I’ve been climbing in ??‍♀️
