YAY a workout vid finally??? - it’s absaroooooni time!! ??(Don’t forget to double tap ? and save it for your next ab sess)

each exercises has a 2-part movement, so they are toughhhh, but you will feel the burn x 2 so yay???

✖️partial to full dumbbell crunch - first i’m squeezing my core and reaching to my mid thigh, then I return back to starting position and reach for my knees. I did 10 reps

✖️elevated feet knee taps - I’m keeping my feet off the matt and reaching up to tap each knee with the opposite hand. for an extra challenge, keep your shoulders off the matt as well. I did 20 knee taps in total (10 per leg)

?scissor kick into alternating knee crunch thingies - here I’m doing one rep of scissor kicks and then driving my knees into each side of my torso to get those obliques firing. Doing 5 reps total because these are TOUGH??

??give yourself 15-30 seconds between each exercise to recover & perform this circuit 1-3 times with a few minutes of rest in between
