You'll never expect a photo of me like this in a million years haha. ?But it's real! I bought a set of dumbbell (loser level 2KG but still it's s start for me!) and have been doing light weight training ??for a couple of months now in an effort to join the opposite #TeamMore (physical activity) when I'm on #TeamLess (unhealthy food), and of course to try to pump my weight up to normal. ?Thank you #TeamMoreTeamLess for showing us the importance of striking a balance between exercising and healthy eating.
