Let the cares of life fade away as you float down the mighty Colorado River on the tranquil Black Canyon water trail. Part of #LakeMead National Recreation Area, Black Canyon is located south of Hoover Dam and extends approximately 26 miles downstream. Dark cliffs of volcanic rock soar above the river’s reflective surface, and along the way, paddlers can stop at sandy beaches, colorful caves, plentiful coves and active hot springs.
