? Reverse Hack Squat 3x12-15
? Smith Machine Leg Press 3x10-12 (better range of motion for short people who may not fit in every leg press!)
? Smith Machine Glute Kickback 3x10 per leg
? Elevated Reverse Lunges 3x10 per leg (overhead weight activates your core more)
