My wonderfully prosaic pose in front of Altare della Patria, Rome, yesterday. (monument to the first king of Italy). The people of Roma have been amazing- we LOVE it here, love Italy, & got a couple good NEW songs recorded and written this week (as well as an acoustic version of a new song, “Wanted”). I honestly dislike... actually no, “hate” selfies (GASP) & the entire culture of selfie obsessed picture taking, BUT occasionally when the mood is right & there’s a famous statue or Mickey Mouse or a double rainbow exploding behind me, I gotta post one.
