#throwbackthursday to the summer of 2014. @エリック・ラドフォード and I decided that we were going to learn, and master, the throw quad sal. I read a study that claimed it takes the average person 10 weeks to learn a new habit, so I decided that I can be better then average and learn it in 6 weeks. I set a deadline in my notebook and we choreographed it into our long program before ever attempting one. (Bold!!!). Everyday I fell and it would be so exciting because each fall brought me closer to landing it.
