? Posting this cause recently this explains how I’ve felt: confined, small, & a little stuck. -
It’s hard to be a big dreamer because there’s SO MUCH I want to do and accomplish, so many ideas of where I see myself.. & so many exciting possibilities ☺️ ..but as an independent artist/entrepreneur it all falls to my shoulders; which is an amazing blessing, but can also be very overwhelming. I wanna release so much new music and share EVERYTHING but then there’s the business side of everything - ‘what’s the proper way’, ‘how do you build buzz’, ‘how do you not let all your efforts come crashing down because of the wrong strategy’ etc. & so I get in my head and feel small again ?? ✨
SO this is one reason my music has taken a second to get released. IM SO BEYOND STOKED FOR YOU TO ALL HEAR IT!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA!! (I’m so ready ☺️) But since it’s just me, lil ole’ me releasing it all, I get stressed like it has to be this HUGE thing instead of just sharing like I always have. There’s higher stakes but WHY!? because I put this weird pressure on myself. ?

Blah okay anyways there’s today’s little insight into my brain. ? Thank you for being so patient with me (& my music) and thank you for being so supportive & lastly thank you if you read all this ? YOU ARE THE TRUE MVP & I love you! ❤️

Side note: on the contrary, I’ve also been super happy, excited, & hopeful. Which is important ? Can’t wait for what’s next!! ?☺️ stay tuned!
