Protein packed and so easy to make! ?Try this yummy, healthy Asian Chicken Salad!

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet (shredded)
Bean sprouts
Cucumber (shredded)
Carrot (shredded)
Peanuts (roasted, chopped for topping)

Dressing:
4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp. ice water

How to make it:
Cook shredded chicken and bean sprouts in boiling water until done.
Rinse with cold drinking water until cool. Drain.
Chill all ingredients (except chopped roasted peanuts) in the refrigerator.
Stir in the dressing before serving. Top with chopped roasted peanuts.
