ワイキキのコンドミニアム イリカイにあるお部屋のリノベーションが完成しました。
こちらは比較的歴史の古い建物の為、税制にも優遇され投資物件としても人気の高いコンドミニアムです。手直し工事は少し大変ですが、出来上がりのトランスフォーメーションをいつも楽しみにしています。
本日はリビングダイニング周辺のお部屋を広く見せるための技を、ビフォーの写真 (3枚目)もお見せしながらご紹介します。
まず、色の基調を白色にすることで、お部屋を広く明るく見せることが出来ます。そして、明り取りのフロアランプなどをなるべく無くす為に壁付け照明などを取り入れ、家具を出来るだけ少なくシンプルにしましょう。
こちらのお部屋はバケーションレンタルですが、オーディオとホームシアター関係の設備も整っていて滞在が楽しくなりそうです。
本日お客様にお会いして来ましたが、大変満足していただき、喜びと感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

@Reiko Lewis has just finished a renovation project at Waikiki’s Ilikai Condominium.
Ilikai condo has a relatively long history but with tax reason, it attracts a lot of investors.
The renovation process was a little complicated since being old but we always enjoy because of the transformation process.
Showing old and new photos, I would like to explain a few design points.
One: base of the room color to be white so the room will look larger.
Two: by using lighting fixtures on the walls and ceilings, also reduced the number of furniture in the room. We reduced furniture quantity for a more minimalist and simple design.
It is a vacation rental property, so we equipped it with an audio and home theater system. They make vacation properties fun and entertaining!
I met my client today and they are very happy with the renovation!
