2nd pitch of Shomyo waterfall.
It was moment that I just came out from strong rain ☔️ and during strong rain I had moment that I had to decide I should continue to climb or back to belay. I tried to listen myself and condition of the wall. When you hear this kind of situation you’ll say “ohhh shit it’s not fun” but in fact this is fun part of Sawanobori. It was one of super exciting moments of the Shomyo climbing.
これは激しい雨から抜け出た瞬間でその激しい雨の間、登り続けるかビレイに戻るか判断しなければいけなく、そのため自分自身と岩の状況に五感を傾けた。このような状況を聞くと「楽しくないじゃん」と思うかもしれない。でもこのような状況が沢登りの面白いところで、今回の称名滝で一番面白かった瞬間の一つ。
