Yesterday’s event showcased the culinary talent and creativity of 11 chefs from around the region with our very own chef Naoaki Someya representing Andaz Tokyo. A close battle, but ultimately one chef emerged the winner.
? Congratulations to all competitors, and best of luck to Chef Sotaro Okuda from Hyatt Regency Kyoto who will move on to the APAC Finals in Hong Kong!
