クラシックカクテルのマルガリータに、玄米茶や味噌をなどを巧みに使い、和のテイストを纏わせた特別なカクテルです🍵 味噌はルーフトップ バーの奥で本格江戸前寿司を提供する「the SUSHI」の和食に精通するシェフがセレクトを担当いたしました。

SAMURAI IN PARIS（サムライインパリス）
映画「The Last Samurai（ラストサムライ）」で描かれた強い友情や絆から着想を得て考案したカクテル。主人公のモデルとなったフランス人ジュール・ブリュネをイメージし、日本を柚子茶、フランスをヨーグルトで表現しました。サムライのような真っ直ぐで力強い味わいをお楽しみください🇫🇷🇯🇵

EXOTIC ROUGE（エキゾチックルージュ）
新しい文化に触れたときの高揚感をお楽しみいただける一杯。季の梅 京都プラムアンドベリーリキュールをベースに、世界各国の素材を用いて異国情緒を味わいで表現しました。異なる文化の要素が融合した、オリジナルカクテルです💄

MISOGARITA
A special cocktail that takes the classic margarita with a Japanese twist. The aromatic bitterness unique to genmaicha (brown rice tea) and the gentle sweetness of miso are harmoniously blended to create a deep taste experience.

SAMURAI IN PARIS
This cocktail draws inspiration from the strong friendships and bonds depicted in the movie "The Last Samurai". By combining ingredients representing Japan with yuzu tea and France with yogurt, the cocktail harmoniously blends the fruity aroma of yuzu tea with the mild taste of yogurt. Enjoy the straight and robust flavors just like a samurai.

EXOTIC ROUGE
A cocktail to enjoy the uplifting sensation of being introduced to a new culture. The taste of the Kyoto Plum and Berry Liqueur is combined with ingredients from around the world to create an exotic flavor.
