?Grab a straight bar and with an overhand grip, a little more than shoulder width apart. Notice the arms at start are basically straight and body is in an upright position.
.
?To initiate the move pull your shoulder blades down and back, bringing the bar to your chest. *Think of driving with your elbows back. Slowly return to the starting position.
.
?My Tip: Avoid rounding your back. Make sure you have your chest up and shoulders back. Remember half reps don’t count so be intense but use the proper technique.
