I’ve already begun my early birthday celebrations as I gear up for my birthday week ✨ Who else is celebrating a birthday this week?

I’ve spent the last few years embracing my age, realizing how grateful I am to be me, for all these years and experiences...the good and the bad. They have made me wiser, and ever so present. Every wrinkle and scar hold a little piece of the story that is me. I can only ever look back at my life with gratitude. I am here now because of ALL of it. As painful as life can get, it is part of our journey to creating the unique and amazing people we are. I’ve learnt how to embrace and accept the hardest of times, to find gratitude and a flicker of light within the darkest of days, to turn my story and perspective around when all I could see is what was not working. I’ve focused my awareness over the years, retraining my brain to see the gifts and positives, to have faith in the divine tapestry of life. All of this has helped me in the journey of understanding and accepting who I am, and discovering a more peaceful, enriching experience in this magical life.

There is still so much to learn about myself, and so much more growth to come. And I’m excited by it all. The world is filled with infinite possibilities and every single moment is an opportunity for transformation ? .
