Monday: Øllebrød ?? the Danish way of using leftover bread, typically rugbrød but anything heavy with rye or seeds will do, ripped into chunks, slowly cooked with beer. I topped mine with poached peaches and raspberries too ????

I’ve been intentionally making things recently knowing there will be a great second recipe for leftovers. Sometimes it’s not just about being thrifty but also flavour.
